Crab-Avocado Salad
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
Juice of 1 medium lime
1 pound lump crab
1 cup grape tomatoes, quartered
1 medium jalapeno, minced (or to taste)
1/4 cup minced red onion
1-2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro (or to taste)
1 small medium avocado, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
12 bibb or iceberg lettuce leaves
Whisk together mayonaise and lime juice in a large bowl. Toss together with all remaining ingredients together and eat on its own or as a wrap in a lettuce leaf.
