Smoked Paprika Grilled Corn
4 ears corn
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Shuck corn. Rinse corn and pat dry. Melt butter in the microwave in a small bowl for 30 seconds. In a separate small bowl combine garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and black pepper. With a pastry brush evenly coat corn with butter then season evenly with spice mixture.
Grill corn 4 minutes. Every minute turn the corn a quarter-turn to evenly char and cook.
